This ministry is all about making sure no one in our church family walks through life’s hardest moments alone. Through prayer, practical support, check-ins, and personal presence, our Care Team serves with the love of Jesus in a deeply tangible way. They visit those in hospitals, reach out to believers who are unable to leave their home, and regularly check in on people who are walking through sickness, loss, hardship, or major life transitions. If you’re part of Kingdom Church, you are seen, you are loved, and you are not forgotten and this team is one of the ways we live that out.
