SAVED
HEALED
DELIVERED
Sozo is the greek word in the scriptures that gets translated into english as saved, healed, or delivered. God loves you with inexhaustible but very tangible love. He is good and cares about you and is faithful to heal you from even the deepest emotional wounding.
The purpose for Sozo ministry sessions is for you to have a healthy connection with the Triune God of the Bible: Father, Son & Holy Spirit. This connection leads to encounters with God's love for you personally and brings a healing of wounds and lies believed.
Deliverance is a byproduct of this healing process. We believe deliverance can be gentle and does not need to be separated from inner healing.

SOZO SESSION FAQ
We are honored to partner with what the Lord is doing in your life through Sozo ministry. Our desire is to create a safe, peaceful space for you to encounter Father God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit and receive healing, freedom, and truth.
Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
What is a sozo session?
A Sozo session is a Holy Spirit-led inner healing and deliverance ministry session designed to help you connect with Father God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit for healing, freedom, and restored relationship.
The heart of Sozo is to help identify and remove spiritual roadblocks that may be hindering emotional, relational, or spiritual wholeness so you can walk in greater freedom and intimacy with God.
What should I expect during a session?
Each session is typically led by two or three trained Sozo team members who will prayerfully guide you through a conversation with the Lord. You will be invited to listen for God’s voice, process wounds, lies, unhealthy patterns, or spiritual blocks, and receive His truth, healing, and freedom. Every session is unique and led by Holy Spirit, so no two sessions look exactly the same.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during your session is kept confidential within the Sozo team. The only exception would be situations involving immediate safety concerns or legal reporting requirements. We are mandated reporters and must report child or elder abuse.
How long is a session?
Most Sozo sessions last approximately 90 minutes. We encourage you to arrive with enough margin in your schedule so you do not feel rushed before or after your session.
How much does it cost?
We offer Sozo sessions with a suggested donation of $25. This helps us cover ministry-related costs and continue offering this resource to others. If you feel led to give more, you are welcome to do so. If cost is a hardship, please do not let that keep you from booking a session. We will never turn someone away because of inability to give.
Can I choose who ministers to me?
Our team is consists of trained, equipped, and trusted ministers, and we prayerfully assign teams for each session. Because of this, we do not offer team-member selection. However, we do make sure that relatives do not minister to relatives.
Do I need to prepare before my session?
Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to hear from God. It may be helpful to spend time in prayer beforehand and ask the Lord what He wants to highlight during your session, but no special preparation is required.
Can I schedule more than one Sozo session?
Yes. Many people find it meaningful to return for additional ministry as the Lord continues to bring healing, freedom, and deeper connection with Him. As a healthy rhythm, we encourage one Sozo session per year, while asking that sessions be scheduled no more than once every 6 months. This creates space for you to process what the Lord reveals, walk out your breakthrough, and continue partnering with Him in your healing journey. Each session builds on what God is already doing in your life, and giving time between sessions often allows for deeper and lasting fruit.
How do children’s or youth Sozos work?
For anyone under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must email us before booking. Because ministry with children and teens looks different than adult sessions, we require the parent or guardian to first receive a Sozo session themselves so they can understand the process, know what to expect, and feel confident in the ministry environment. In addition, all minors must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian during the session.
Once we connect by email, we will walk you through the next steps and help determine the best approach for your child or teen.
Does the parent stay in the room?
Depending on the age, maturity, and needs of the child or teen, the parent or guardian may remain in the room or nearby during the session. We will discuss the best approach with you beforehand so everyone feels comfortable and supported.
